Position: Construction Manager
Location: Riyadh
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all construction activities related to façade works and theming projects, focusing on Ventilated Rain Screen Facades.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from planning and design to execution and completion.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards at all times.
- Manage project schedules, budgets measurement, and resources effectively to achieve successful project delivery.
- Supervise and lead a team of skilled professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Identify and resolve any construction-related issues and challenges that may arise during the project.
Requirements:
- · Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering Autocad and Revit Knowledge is a must.
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant construction management experience, specifically with a focus on façade works and theming.
- Proven experience in Ventilated Rain Screen Facades is essential.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and techniques.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Leadership qualities with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in construction project management.
