تعلن شركة CRE-TEC الشركة الرائدة في مجال التشييد والإنشاءات, عن فرص وظيفية مصممة معمارية أو مهندسة معمارية أو مهندسة مدنية سعودية الجنسية للإنظمام إلى فريقنا المبتكرة والمتميزة
. تهدف هذه الوظيفة إلى التوظيف موهوبة تمتلك المهارات الإبداعية والتقنية اللازمة لتصميم وتنفيذ مشاريعنا الهندسية بأعلى مستويات الجودة والإبتكار
:المسؤوليات
- تقديم وتحضير المستندات للمشاريع
- إعداد رسومات هندسية مفصلة ومواصفات فنية للمشاريع.
- التواصل مع العملاء وتلبية احتياجاتهم واستفساراتهم.
- العمل بشكل مشترك مع فريق الهندسة والتنفيذ لضمان تنفيذ المشاريع بكفاءة ودقة.
- مراقبة تقدم الأعمال وضمان الامتثال للمواصفات والمواعيد النهائية.
المتطلبات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية أو دبلوم تصميم داخلي.
- خبرة سابقة في مجال التصميم المعماري او بدون خبرة.
- مهارات تصميم ومعرفة ببرامج التصميم الهندسي مثل AutoCAD.
- مهارات اتصال وتفاعل ممتازة باللغة العربية والإنجليزية.

This position aims to hire talented individuals with the creative and technical skills necessary to design and execute our engineering projects at the highest levels of quality and innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and compile documents for projects.
- Develop detailed engineering drawings and technical specifications for projects.
- Communicate with clients to meet their needs and address their inquiries.
- Collaborate with the engineering and execution team to ensure efficient and accurate project implementation.
- Monitor progress of work and ensure compliance with specifications and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Diploma in Interior Design.
- Previous experience in architectural design or without experience.
- Excellent design skills and familiarity with engineering design software such as AutoCAD.
- Excellent communication and interaction skills in both Arabic and English.
